In-person Course VOUCHERS
Once your semester minimum is met, you will earn a one-day voucher for one attendee to the Aesthetic Vision Institute in Miami. The AVI courses are four (4) days with a different topic each day. There is Online Pre-Course allowing for onsite, full-day of hands-on time with cadavers and models.
Two vouchers can be earned each year; you may send someone for one class each semester or save both vouchers send two people to one course after two are earned.
Courses are valued at $2699-$3899.
Additional classes are available at twenty percent (20%) off for AVI partners.

CADAVER Hands-on Lab Time
The AVI Cadaver Lab at the Get Refreshed Building in Miami; nestled between Coral Gables, South Beach, Brickell and City of Miami. The AVI Lab is less 5 miles from the airport and 7 miles from South Beach. Miami International Airport is the closest airport to the center.
A two or four-hour training is offered on a real cadaver with one of the AVI Trainers. The AVI Cadaver Lab is for one injector for two hours with the $10,000 Initial Commitment and two injectors for two hours or one injector for four hours for the $15,000 Initial Commitment.
This benefit is available every 4th semester if commitment is achieved for three consecutive semesters in a row, but can be purchased at a discount for the AVI partners. Other opportunities can be earned thru promotions and AVI VIP Contests. (More information Coming Soon)

Jacob Sanchez CRNA, APRN, is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a subspecialty in Aesthetics. In 2012, He began his Nurse Anesthetist career working at the #1 ENT hospital in the country. Jacob made his presence known quickly in academia by being recognized by Harvard’s Anesthesiology department for teaching in excellence.
In 2018 Jacob started an injectable practice while simultaneously working as an independent contractor. He quickly gained a reputation for his aesthetic eye. Using a three-day operation, Get Refreshed quickly sold more fillers and neurotoxins than most group purchasing organizations. He has been recognized as America’s Top 100 Injectors four years consecutively and has gathered a substantial social media following. Under his leadership, Get Refreshed has rapidly become one of the most well trusted brands in aesthetics. Jacob is now recognized as an authority figure within the industry. Roberto Cepero takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound operational strategy development. Before joining GR and AVI, Mr. Cepero spent six years at Advanced Physical Medicine and Rehab of Miami, where he served in various management positions for sales, operations, and marketing. Roberto Cepero holds two master’s degrees, a Master’s in Sciences of Information Systems from Florida International University, and more recently, a Healthcare Executive MBA at the University of Miami, the #1 rated healthcare executive program in the country. He is now dedicated to spearheading major strategic shifts for transforming GR and AVI into the gold standard of the aesthetic industry.
Katarrina Mederos is the Chief Strategy Officer at Get Refreshed and Aesthetics Vision Institute. She is a self-taught brand strategist, web-designer, and editor. Katarrina started her journey at Get Refreshed in 2019, and since joining, she has played a key role in all new initiatives GR has embarked on. Built with a service mentality, she has morphed GR into one of the most well trusted brands in the aesthetic industry. With 12 plus years' experience in customer service, Kat has been able to use her expertise as the foundation for every single task she undertakes.
Katarrina is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Inspired to be the best version of herself, she is motivated to create an experience for everyone that walks through the doors.
With over 17 years in the industry of video production and broadcasting, Sebastian has worked on the development for tv shows and international tv channels. Helping found media giant World View Television Inc., he has obtained vast knowledge in the industry from production to content distribution. This led to him starting his own production company in late 2019, Life Is Good Productions Inc.
